Animating Elements with Pegs

The Sceneplanning view windows - Camera, Top and Side - put many 3D computer animation tricks at your disposal so that you can select and move, rotate, skew or scale your 2D elements over time in a 3-dimensional space.

You use an element called a Peg to transform other elements, such as vector drawings and bitmap images, over time. Toon Boom Studio can interpolate or tween all changes to gradually transform your elements over time.

You can attach Image or Drawing elements to a peg to change an object’s position, size, skew or rotation over time and you can attach Cameras to Pegs to creating trucking, panning and zooms. You can also attach Pegs to Pegs to combine motion effects.
